Our Culture

The Clifton Choctaw Tribal Reservation has a culture deeply rooted in resilience and pride. Our ancestors, originally part of the larger Choctaw Nation, settled in the forests of Louisiana generations ago, preserving their language, traditions, and way of life despite the challenges of displacement and assimilation. Over the years, our community has thrived, maintaining a strong connection to our heritage while adapting to the changing world around us. Today, we continue to honor the legacy of those who came before us, ensuring that the rich history of the Clifton Choctaw Tribal Reservation is passed down to future generations.
